Match Highlights

It's formidable effort to have put a fight against the team Goliath. Anand displayed his fighting ability in his bowling. He was spitting fire and that start alongwith Manish put us back in game. While the light wasn't in Rajneesh team's favour, it's a memorable game to finish the season. Special thanks to Umesh, Karthik Rajesh and Nitin Sonawane for moving in the field for the whole of 40 overs. Of course, Krishnakumar dodginess came in handy. With Suresh targeting every head possible, it's indeed important to mention the winning runs was bravely scored by Amit, that was targeted by Suresh as potential fourth victim of the day. It's my personal opinion that we should stop feeding Tarun any snacks or tea during the game. Amit's escape of Tarun's "missile" on the non-Striker's end, made my heart, skip a beat. Truly wonder how powerful this little man is. The day is not complete without recording the "malabar master", in his new found "green cap". The subway snacks is relished by everyone today alongside a big thermal bucket of "Kerala Chai". Sadiq's is quite neutral to cricket in terms of his action; his bowling and batting action is the same, but the result torments the opposition. We can't set the field for him as to we don't know which degree of his swing would the bat make contact with the ball. His score of 30's really took the game from us. Tarun, Sadiq, Amit, Manish, Suresh and Anand were the "men of the unmatchable match", that provided us with a never ending joy at the end of the season. Have a great week ahead folks.
